On January 4, 2018, deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office responded to a possible domestic disturbance on Old Highway 9. There, deputies arrested 36 year old Joshua Miley on 3rd Degree Assault charges.

All arrests are made on evidence obtained by deputies.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
