On January 1, 2018, deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office responded to a call on Boston Fern, where 41 year old Kirk Waishwell was arrested on Disorderly Conduct charges.

All arrests are made on evidence obtained by deputies.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
