From the desk of Sheriff Scott Bradley On February 22nd, 2017, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office, during a traffic stop arrested, 34 year old Jimmy Paul Moudy Jr. of Clinton, 34 year old Joshua D. Eason of Little Rock, and 32 year old Nicole Singhaus of Little Rock. During the stop deputies found approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle, along with drug paraphernalia and a firearm. All three where arrested at the scene. Moudy is being charged with felony Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with the purpose to Deliver, felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, felony Simultaneous Possession Drug and Firearms, felon Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, misdemeanor Fleeing, misdemeanor Resisting Arrest and two traffic citations. Moudy has a $50,000.00 bond and is currently incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention Center on a parole hold. Eason is being charged with felony Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine or Cocaine, felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance. Eason is currently incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention Center on a $5000.00 bond. Singhaus is being charged with felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was released on $2500.00 bond. Law enforcement makes arrest on facts they gather. All person are presumed innocent until proven guilty |
