From the desk of Sheriff Scott Bradley

On December 28th, 2016, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance call in the Link Lane area of Van Buren County.  After arriving and speaking with the victim, and further investigation, arrested 37 year old Brian Waller.  The victim reported Waller hitting, and chocking them.  Waller is being charged with Aggravated Assault and is currently incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention Center, awaiting a first appearance.
