Shirley woman and Batesville man arresed on tresspassing Charges

On December 26th, 2016, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office, responded to people breaking into a residence at 205 Hazel Dr.. When deputies arrived they found a female and male at the residence, that in November, they had told not to be back or they would be arrested. The female was identified as 20 year old Cassidy Bunker of Shirley. Bunker was also found to be in possession of illegal drug paraphernalia and the male was identified as 34 year old Joshua M. Sterling of Batesville. Bunker was arrested and charged with misdemeanor Criminal Trespass and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bunker later bonded. Sterling was also arrested and charged with misdemeanor Criminal Trespass. Both bonded later.
Law enforcement makes arrest on facts they gather. All person are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
