From the desk of Sheriff Scott Bradley On November 11th, 2016, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office, saw a suspicious vehicle at Snappy's in Bee Branch with a man standing outside the vehicle near the gas pumps. Deputies after checking the individual, 71 year old Roscoe David Dirlam of Clinton, arrested Dirlam for outstanding warrants from other counties. Deputies found on Dirlam during the arrest to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Dirlam was arrested on his outstanding warrants and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dirlam was released to the other counties on his charges.
