From the desk of Sheriff Scott Bradley and Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland On June 16th, 2016, Agents from the 20th Judicial District Drug Crime Task Force, Arkansas State Police, and Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant at 102 Everrock Rd in Shirley. After an extended investigation by Task Force Agents, a case was put together on 43 year old David Grillot of Shirley. During execution of the warrant, law enforcement found illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia in the residence. Grillot was arrested at the residence. Grillot is being charged with felony Delivery of Methamphetamine/Cocaine, felony Delivery of Scheduled I/II Controlled Substance, felony Use or Possession of Paraphernalia to Manufacture, etc., Methamphetamine/Cocaine, felony Possession of Methamphetamine or Cocaine with the Purpose to Deliver, felony Offenses Relating to Records, Maintaining Premises Refuse to Entry, felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Ingest, Inhale, etc. and misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance Scheduled VI. Grillot was incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention Center and later bonded on $10,000.00 cash or professional bond. |
