From the desk of Sheriff Scott Bradley and Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland On march 30th, 2016, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office was assisting Arkansas Probation and Parole while executing a home visit on Timothy Turnbow of Clinton, during the search of the residence Officers and deputies found other people hiding at the residences. Deputies and officers found drug paraphernalia at Turnbow's residence. Also found at the residence on one of the hiding persons was prescription drug without a prescription. Arrested a the residence was 53 year old Timothy Turnbow of Clinton, charged with felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 22 year old John Colton Huggins for Damascus, charged with misdemeanor Simple Possession of Drugs without a prescription, 29 year old Joshua Fultz of Shirley, charged with Disorderly Conduct, and 34 year old Randall L. Reed of Greenbrier, be held on a Parole Violation from another county. Turnbow, Huggins, and Fultz are incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention Center awaiting first appearance's and Reed is awaiting pickup on his parole violation from the other county. |
