Three additional arrested during at residence during Operation Ice Storm 2 on drug charges.

On March 30th, 2016, the Drug Enforcement Administration, 20th Judicial Drug Crime Task Force, Arkansas State Police, Bureau of Alcohol, Tabaco, and Firearms, Arkansas Highway Patrol, Van Buren County Sheriff's Office and other agencies involved in Operation Ice Storm 2 while executing a warrants a 225 McCaslin Street in Clinton, arrested 53 year old Earnest C. Bonds of Clinton, 51 year old Lisa Diane Nixon of Bee Branch, and 50 year old Connie Ward of Clinton. Bonds, Nixon and Ward, who did not have warrants was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Also at the residence a minor child was found with the three. Bonds is being charged with felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Nixon is being charged with felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, and Ward is being charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. All three are currently be incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention awaiting a first appearance.
