Louisiana man arrested on drug charge.

On March 2nd, 2016, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office, arrested 21 year old Ramses Kadar Banks of Baton Rouge, Louisiana after a traffic stop that lead to the seizure of a small amount of illegal drugs.  As reported by the deputy, Banks was south bound on US Highway 65 near Bee Branch, when the deputy noticed, the vehicle driving very erratically, crossing the center line and driving from one side of the road to the other.  The deputy reported after stopping the vehicle, smelling and seeing the illegal drugs in the vehicle.  Banks was arrested and is being charged with misdemeanor Possession of illegal drugs, traffic violation ( careless and prohibitive driving, and driving on suspended license).   Banks later bonded and was released.
