Clinton man arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Battery 3rd.

On December 17th, 2015, Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a disturbance call at 3141 State Highway 336 W in Clinton. After arriving and speaking with the victim. Deputies tried to assist the victim in getting clothing and personal hygiene from the residence. The subject, 46 year old David Scott Bramlett of Clinton, became upset and was arguing with the victim. Deputies tried to calm Bramlett down, so the victim could retrieve personal belongings. Bramlett at that time, became aggressive and put his hands on a deputy, pushing him. Deputies said, as they tried to place Bramlett under arrest, he resisted and started fighting them. Bramlett was arrested on scene and charged with misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Battery 3rd. Bramlett latter bonded.
