Dennard women arrested on drug charges after parole home visit.

On May 15th, 2015, in the late morning hour, Officer from the Arkansas Department of Corrections Probation and Parole and assisted by a Deputy from the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office.  Conducted a home visit at 328 Lonely Pine Road in Dennard at the residence of 51 year old female Terry Lapham. During the visit probation officer and deputy found illegal drugs (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.  The 20th Judicial Drug Crime Task Force was contact and agents helped with the investigation.  Lapham was arrested and is being charged with Felony Possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (both Class D Felonies), and Felony Parole Violation.  Lapham is currently incarcerated at the Van Buren County Detention Center awaiting a first appearance.
