Clinton man turns himself in, on Domestic Violence Charges

On November 8th, 2014 Deputies from the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call on State Highway 92 East. After arriving the deputies spoke with the victim, who told them, David Scott Looney had hit her with a pipe and pushed her into the door frame. Deputies looked for Looney, but was unable to find him. A warrant was issued for David Scott Looney age 42 of Bee Branch for Domestic Battery 3rd and Terroristic Threatening 3rd. Looney turned himself in to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office on November 19th, and was released on $1640.00 bond.
