As the Deputy was speaking to the neighbor/witness, he observed a white male walking down the road that fit the description of the suspect. When questioned by the responding Deputy, the suspect admitted he was the one who was driving the Mule and that he had bought it from someone else. Closer inspection of the stolen Mule revealed that it had been recently painted. The owner was then called to the scene of where he positively identified the Mule as the one that was stolen from him.
