Warrant leads to multiple charges

 On October 24, 2012, Van Buren County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Theodore Terrill at his residence on Gaslight Roadon an outstanding Felony warrant.  Contraband found on Terrill lead to a search warrant being served on Terrill’s residence.  From there, Investigators found an illegal weapon, and a home made destructive device.  In addition to Terrill’s original felony charge, Terrill has been charged with Possession of a Firearm by certain Persons and Criminal Acts involving Explosives – Both Class B Felonies.  Theodore Terrill’s original charge was Failure to Register (Sex Offender) due to a previous conviction of 1st Degree Sexual Assault.  Terrill is currently being held in the Van Buren County Detention Center.
