07/19/2012 Shirley Couple Arrested for Drug Possession, Fleeing |

From the Dest of Sheriff Scott Bradley and Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland On 7/19/2012, Jimmy Moudy Jr. (30) and Kimberly Davidson (21) both of Shirley, Arkansas, were arrested in Shirley following a pursuit by the Van Buen County Sheriff's Department and then a manhunt were Agents of the 20th Judicial District Drug Task Force assisted with the use of K-9 Klodo. Davidson was arrested moments later by Van Bufren County Deputies after barricading herself in a nearby residence. Moudy was arrested by Sheriff Scott Bradley and Deputies a short time later after he was tracked by the Drug Task Force Agents and K-9 Klodo. Sheriff Bradley attributed Moudy's capture to the tracking ability of the Drug Task Force Agents and K-9 Klodo. Moudy and Davidson were charged with the following: 1. Possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine 2. Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) 3. Fleeing (2 counts) |
