From the Desk of Sheriff Scott Bradley On August 8th, 2011 Arkansas State Police, Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office, and the 20th Judicial District Drug Crime Task Force executed a search warrant at the residence of Tim Turnbow located at 137 Wright Lane. During execution of the search law enforcement found items used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Arrested at the residence was 48 year old Tim Turnbow of Clinton, 23 year old James W. Moss 3rd of Conway, 29 year old Michael G. Payne of Clinton, 32 year old Tiffany A. Cooley of Clinton, and 25 year old Brianna M. Sluder of Clinton. Turnbow is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to use methamphetamine, and Maintaining a Drug Premise. Payne and Moss are charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to use methamphetamine. Cooley and Sluder are charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with intent to use methamphetamine. Turnbow and Cooley were released on $10,000.00 bond, Sluder and Moss was released on $2,500.00 bond. Payne is still incarcerated on $10,000.00 bond.
