On 08/05/19 Deputies with the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office arrested Elbert Banning for felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence.

All arrests are made on evidence obtained by deputies.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
