Billy D. Rolen From the desk of Sheriff Lucas Emberton The deputies of the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office arrested 65 year old Billy D. Rolen on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening 1st, public intox and resisting arrest. All arrest are made on evidence obtained by deputies. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
