The deputies of the Van Buren County Sheriff's Department arrested 47 year old Brian D. Hardaway on charges of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and no seat belt.

All arrests are made on evidence obtained by deputies.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
